Musical acts set to rock The Steampunk World’s Fair 2017
Since its formation back in 2010, the Steampunk World’s Fair has been one of the most intriguing events in the Northeast. Based around the steampunk culture, the convention even drew the attention of CBS correspondent Mo Rocca. This weekend, the 2017 installment will make its way to The Radisson and The Embassy Suites in Piscataway, New Jersey. One of the main attractions of the event is music, and there’s a ton of acts set to bring the jams throughout the three-day event, so we’ve decided to put the spotlight on a handful of them. Tickets for the event can still be purchased online.

Just like V Is For Villains, New York synthpop trio Platform One will give fans two opportunities to catch them perform at the convention. Earlier this year, they released the song "Wicked Goodbye", which is dedicated to the defunct Wicked Faire convention. For Valentine’s Day, the outfit released the video for "Valentine," which was directed by Andy Sawyer. Their last studio album was 2014’s The Last Cathedral.
